Coverage
The Rioloiuy limited warranty applies for one year from the original Amazon purchase date. It covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that appear during normal household use.
When a claim is approved, Rioloiuy may provide troubleshooting, a replacement component or another appropriate remedy based on the product, the issue and parts availability.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect use, damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, accidents, commercial use, improper storage, unauthorized alteration or failure to follow product instructions.
How to request warranty help
- Open your Amazon purchase history and locate the Rioloiuy order.
- Use Amazon messaging to contact the seller or brand support.
- Include the order number, product model, a detailed description and clear photos when relevant.
- Keep the product and affected components until the support team completes its review.
Warranty claims are reviewed individually. Proof of purchase is required, and coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
Lifetime technical support
Technical assistance remains available beyond the warranty period for questions about assembly, game setup, use and routine care. Technical support does not extend the duration of the limited warranty or guarantee free replacement parts outside the coverage period.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province or country. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
