Shipping & delivery

Amazon manages all current Rioloiuy ordering, shipping and delivery logistics. Use your Amazon order page for the latest tracking information.
Standard delivery is usually one to five business days for most locations. Availability, table size and destination can affect the estimate shown at checkout.
Prime members may see expedited options on eligible listings. International availability is handled through Amazon Global and varies by product and destination.
Choosing a game table
Find the right fit for the room
A combo table is ideal when you want several games in one compact footprint. Choose dedicated foosball or air hockey when a focused play feel is the priority.
Measure the table and the active player zone. Leave space for people to move, foosball rods to extend and chairs to pull back. The 5FT air hockey table is recommended for a room around 11 by 7 feet.
The folding poker table creates a dedicated eight-player surface and stores compactly. The poker mat is the lightest option and turns an existing table into a card-playing surface.
Assembly & care
Set up well and keep it playing well
Follow the illustrated manual in order, keep hardware grouped by step and use the model-specific video guide when one is offered. Some folding products need no assembly and simply open for play.
Use a soft, lightly damp cloth and keep surfaces dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Check frame hardware and leg levelers periodically and tighten them when needed.

Warranty & returns
Coverage after the first match
The limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use for one year from purchase. Damage from misuse, unauthorized changes or normal wear is not covered.
Open the order in your Amazon purchase history and contact Rioloiuy through Amazon messaging. Include the order number, model and a clear description of the issue.
Unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days. Start the request through Amazon order management. Approved refunds are generally processed within one to two business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.
